Processing of personal data
Adam&Eva bvba processes the personal data you provide by using our services and/or that you communicate to us in any other way. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

• First name and surname

• Gender

• Date of birth

• Address

• Telephone number

• Email address

• Other personal data that you explicitly provide when making an online appointment, in correspondence, during telephone contact or verbally during a treatment.

Processing of special and/or sensitive personal data
Adam&Eva bvba processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data:

• Data concerning your health

• Data of persons under the age of 16

• Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us and we will delete this information.

Purpose and basis of the processing of personal data
Adam&Eva bvba processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Sending our newsletter and/or promotions

• To call or email you if necessary for the proper execution of our services

• To inform you about changes in legislation and/or our services/events

• To deliver goods to you, such as a gift voucher

• To process your payment 

• To comply with its legal obligations, such as data required for Adam&Eva bvba's tax return

The data is stored on a secure cloud or that of third parties or in our locked practice room. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have. We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy policy unless we have obtained your express consent in advance.

When you send an email or other messages to Adam&Eva bvba, we may retain those messages in order to process your questions, respond to your requests and further improve our services.

This privacy policy applies only to the products, services and website of Adam&Eva bvba. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites that you may visit via the Adam&Eva bvba website.

At the bottom of our mailings, you have the option to change your personal data or unsubscribe as a recipient.
